Beautiful little nursery in Clarksville. An Austin original, family owned and operated since the 70s; I've been enchanted with it since I was a kid. Some of these reviews are really rough - give this place a chance. Running a small business isn't easy!

I had the weirdest experience here. I'm new in town so I wanted to check out all the local plant nurseries. When I stopped here, it was empty and eerie. I walked around for 10 minutes and saw no one. No staff. No customers. Just me and a few plants. Not only was it empty of people, but the plant selection left much to be desired. They had no house plants, except 10 inch snake plants for $70 (way over priced for what they were). Finally, one staff guy came around the corner. His energy was not welcoming and made me uncomfortable. It was just so bizarre! I won't be back.

I remember this place being incredible and always busy when I was a kid. I stopped by for the first time in years and there were hardly any plants…and zero customers. It gave me a strange/uncomfortable feeling, and I can see that previous customers can relate! So odd…

Very nice folks who work here, just call before driving over because sometimes they do change the hours and close early. Appreciate that milkweed was in stock.
