I generally love Smith's I was followed by loss prevention today which due to my face tattoos happens. This was why I thought it was strange as in a regular at this location an they know me for the most part. Anyways they weren't sneaky an I had to transfer money across accounts before I could pay. Soon as the recipient came out the attendant left from behind me with a let out breath he'd held for who knows.

Just a horrible experience, one cashier open, there was a hold up, waited 15 minutes they still have not opened another register. So I went to self checkout, with 50 items. Every 11 or so items, I needed a manager approval to continue scanning. I have never been more frustrated in my life.

I walked in today to see if any cashiers were available. Seeing my favorite cashier at her station, I commenced my shopping. Seeing a cashier at the checkout is the only thing that keeps me from using Lucky. I've noticed that as it becomes more and more difficult to shop locally, it is becoming easier and easier to find what I need on the internet. My children should be worried that I have listed Amazon in my Will. (Okay kids, that was a joke). Smith's earned back two stars today. Two months ago, I gave a two-star review stating: This is the first time that there were no cashiers. I know, I asked for one and was told to use the self-checkout. I got so frustrated that I forgot to pay. Fortunately, I realized that I was missing a receipt, and someone came over to help me finish my checkout. As I get older, I am discovering that I need to find stores that cater to us older people; an excuse that I am not used to using.
