Okay I read a review about how the bartenders are rude and it kind of reassured me, but I’m still gonna leave this here because I hope management or somebody sees it and does something. I love Smith’s. I always have such a good time there with my friends. BUT I have an issue with this one bartender he’s light skin, tall and anytime I try to order a drink, he’ll look dead at me and straight up ignore me. Even when he’s done helping someone else, he’ll skip right past me and go to the next person. I don’t know if this is a reach, but I’m Hispanic/Latina and I can’t help but feel like he’s picking and choosing who to serve. I don’t know if it’s racism or what, but I really need to say something. Other than that, the vibes are always good and I usually have a great time. But seriously, if you’re a person of color or a minority and you’ve dealt with this same bartender, please comment or like this tell me I’m not tripping. He really kills the vibe and makes it a bad experience when I’m literally just there to have fun, spend money, and tip. It sucks to say, but the reason I don’t even wanna go back sometimes is because of him. He really makes me feel like I don’t belong there, and that’s not okay. Management needs to take this seriously.

Burger was fine. I liked it, my sig other did not. Fries are meh. Great to hear live music but the band in the main area was horrible and way too loud. Destroyed the experience in the smaller side acoustic room. Drinks are in plastic cups even when not very busy.

Food is great, atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is generally unfriendly. If the food wasn’t so good, I probably wouldn’t go back based on experience with the staff.

The bartenders are all hell. They're super rude and act like you're bothering them when you're trying to order drinks even if it's not busy. It's a bar for people who are just trying to get drunk. The music is also always very loud and obnoxious. Never been to a live show but the bartenders alone make me apprehensive. I've been here like 5 times because I thought I was tripping but they really are just rude and angry. I will say the guys at the door have all been friendly.
