I lucked up on this amazing place while doing my daily walk!! I had no idea this shop was so close to me! When you first walk in, the incredible smell, INSTANTLY gives CALMING and CLEAN. Then, there’s their inventory, they have EVERYTHING! Great prices, and AMAZING STAFF!! Andy assisted me in finding, my now favorite product! Nicole gives off BOSS, and was so inviting and fun!! Her nails are flyyyy, just like her! Sweet Emily also assisted me, bc I come in almost every day since I walked through the doors. Lol! Terrible shop. I asked for help on buying a torch for a specific type of pipe and they definitely had no idea what they were talking about. They just sold me the most expensive torch they could, which was way too powerful. I called them and asked to return it or trade it in, and they basically laughed at me. Never coming back

The place smelled like sewage. There was one friendly girl there but she wasn't the one "helping" me. No no no that dude sat down at the counter in front of me and started LOUDLY eating. Yup. Nasty. They are also afraid, in Austin of all places, to call things what they are. Nope! The place was gross. The people were gross. I won't be going back.
