And that ladies and gentlemen is how it’s done! Great experience in this store Guy was helpful and friendly and no pressure and I always feel pressured. He helped me find what I wanted, and I left. Once at home where I opened the device, the descriptions on the packaging can be vague, it was not what the friendly sales person thought. I did open it, but did not use it but a return is always questionable at this kind of establishment. So when I called and the guy was sincerely apologetic and wanting to fix the issue, I was amazed. Now that shouldn’t be the case. That should be the norm or just a little above and beyond, him being friendly and all, but it doesn’t happen. That’s the way to do business!! Someone taught this guy well. I’ll never go anywhere else ever. I am gonna go see him tomorrow and I’m looking forward to. It could’ve ended very differently. I needed that. Thanks, Jack, I think.

This locations sucks due to their staffs bad attitude. Walked in and asked for a couple rolls of chewing tobacco and my total came to $87 and some change. Pulled out a $100 dollar bill and the employee (don't know his name but has a beard) saw it and immediately responded that he couldn't break a $100. Keep in mind my change would've been about $13. I looked at him with a puzzled look on my face and asked "are you sure" he responded that the lady in front of me just used 2 $100 dollar bills and he couldnt help me. I think this guy was either too lazy to realize that my change was a $10 and 3 $1s or just didn't want to help me. (I think it was a combination of both). I can understand if I was trying to buy a pop and use a $100 bill but my total was $87. To top it off, as I was driving away, Dude steps out of the store to flip me off. I'm sure he won't care about this review but avoid this place and go to another location for your needs.

Worest experience ever, 0 customer service, the sell to me expired products and they didn't give me a receipt, when I try to return or replace within a week, they said the company policy is 24 hours return or exchange, they didn't give me a receipt to confirm thier return policy. The cashier is very rude. I don't recommend this is store to anyone.
