Locally owned with quality offerings and a fun atmosphere, Snapdoodle is a great local toy store with a wide variety of things for babies through adults. I was especially impressed with their games and stocking stuffer type items on my latest visit. Like the best game stores, employees can explain how to play the games to you and there's space to try the games out. The staff was fantastic on this visit... Friendly, though it was super busy, patient and helpful. One woman kept coming back and helping me find presents... She cut a lot of time off of my shopping! Thank you!

Decent toy store, but the selection of toy trains isn't that great. My niece really like toy trains, and I think this store should carry a wider variety of BRIO and Hape trains. At least they use automatic doors.

A toy wonderland for kids and adult alike! Lots of unique toys that you can’t find in other big box stores. Staffs are all super helpful and friendly. We spent almost two hours here and could easily have been longer if they weren’t closing.

This review is specifically about the stylist, Travana, and not the salon or toy store itself. I’ve been bringing my daughter here for haircuts over the past 2.5 years without any issues—until today. I booked the usual $44 haircut online, which clearly states it includes a hair wash and style (which we’ve had in past). When Travana called my daughter’s name, the only question she asked me was whether we wanted glitter sprayed in her hair, to which I said yes. She then took my daughter back to begin the appointment. I waited in the toy area as I always have, trusting that the service would be consistent with previous visits. However, my daughter came out with her hair simply cut and sprayed with glitter—no wash, no style. When I went to pay, I asked why her hair wasn’t washed as advertised. Travana claimed she had asked me beforehand, which she hadn’t. She then raised her voice and acted unprofessionally in front of other clients, children, and staff. Not once did she apologize or acknowledge the misunderstanding. I chose not to escalate the situation, paid for the service, and did not leave a tip. Just a heads-up to other parents: be sure to clearly communicate that you want the hair wash included. Apparently, the decision is left to the child otherwise. Response to owners response: Thank you for your response. If there were a way to leave a review specifically for the stylist, I absolutely would have done that. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Snapdoodle over the past 2.5 years, and I truly appreciate the fun, welcoming environment your team creates for kids.
