I was able to get two cage free eggs that were light and fluffy, excellent hash browns and bacon, and the surprise was they let you sub out hash browns or toast for one of their specialty pancakes. I opted for the pineapple upside down cake, and it was delicious, with a light cream and cinnamon on top. I would like to return to try all the others. Shelby was genuinely nice and on top of everything I needed which really made the whole experience top notch.

My mother is very allergic to shellfish so I always worry about servers blowing it off.
