We went for Father’s Day brunch. The wait for over 45 minutes. We were seated in the back along with 4 other families. The sun was in our face, there was no air what so ever. No fans nothing. It took a long time to order and then get our food. The server tried hard to make all of feel comfortable but moving the umbrellas just made is worse for 1 family or the other. Their juices were great. Pancakes super fluffy. Their sausage, hash browns and rest of the order was pretty average.

We stopped by on a Sunday for brunch with a large group and were seated promptly, which was a pleasant start. We ordered a variety of dishes: the Garden Harvest Omelette (8/10), Smashed Avocado Benny (7/10), Pork Chile Verde Benny (2/10), the Snooze Classic (7/10), the strawberry shortcake pancake (9/10) and café lattes (2/10). The Garden Harvest Omelette was fresh and flavorful, and the Smashed Avocado Benny had great flavor, though unfortunately, we found a hair in the dish. We chose not to raise the issue with the staff. The Pork Chile Verde Benny was not what we expected, it had very little chile verde. The Snooze Classic was satisfying, though the hashbrown was slightly undercooked. The café lattes were a disappointment—they arrived cold and didn’t quite deliver in taste or presentation. Overall, while there were some standout items, a few details missed the mark.

I have been going to this Snooze location since 2022 and I am a loyal customer to this place, specifically! I have tried other locations in Austin but this one is by far my favorite one. I love the staff and the atmosphere of this place. The food has been good every single time! Love love this place! I have brought coworkers, friends and even my family to eat here and they all have loved it.

Every dish we ordered was delicious. Alejandro provided very friendly and helpful service. His recommendations did not disappoint. We ordered the gluten-free cinnamon roll pancakes, absolutely delicious! Gluten-free eggs Benedict were a real treat and the hashbrowns were super flavorful without being too salty. I was super impressed with the very reasonable amount of time it took for our food to make it to the table. This was a much better experience than previous visits and wait time. Perfect Mother’s Day brunch.

I don’t see the hype on this one. Ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes with a side of bacon and eggs. And got mimosas. Pancakes: The pancakes come “pre syrup” so they are a bit soggy. Since they are stacked and offset, the bottom pancake doesn’t get enough syrup. They don’t keep syrup on the table either. When I asked for some syrup they brought the smallest side of syrup I’ve ever seen. It’s cool. Bacon & Eggs: The bacon was pretty soft and cold when it arrived. For 6 bucks I expected better. The eggs were pretty good. Mimosas: They don’t use fresh squeezed OJ so they weren’t great. I wouldn’t order them again. Payment: The server hands you a tablet to pay and tip right in front of them. I always tip at least 25% but when the food was mid, it just wasn’t a great experience. Cool atmosphere but for the price, I don’t think it was worth it. Probably won’t be back!
