Birthday spa with my girls!! I stumbled across this spot on a Reel video. When I say this is one of ATLs BEST hidden gems. Oh babyyyy it’s a vibe from start to finish. They have some of the best unique mani and pedi options. We were greeted by Shanika. She is phenomenal. Her customer service is superb. She helped up get checked, pick out a hot nail color, and served us bottomless margaritas - yes! I love the energy she and the crew bring to SOAK & POLISH! I had the Cranberry, Orange, and Milk Pedi. The flowers add on was amazing…OMG. Demond my tech - TOP NOTCH service for sure. Jasmin is the TRUTH. She took care of my girls. WE WILL BE BACK. BEST SPA IN ATL. Don’t second guess yourself. this was my first time here & i’ll be back again. i got the jelly pedicure and it was SUCH a fun time. the staffs vibe was personable & comedic. my stylist gave me what i wanted and a bit more & my mani glows in the darkkkk! the shop is beautifully decorated also. ------- (5/4/25) Once again, i've returned to Soak & Polish! I absolutely love this second gel manicure i got. Camila did my removal, new manicure & nail art this time, it was a fun experience. I've noticed such a personable energy at this salon & it's one i'm a fan of. The staff is collaborative, considerate, & professional which has left an impression on me.

Have come here twice. While the customer service is top tier, the retention of their services isn’t great. I booked a citrus mojito pedicure on 12/17/24. While I’m just posting today, 1/10/2025, my gel polish on my toes began coming off last week. I’m truly hesitant to book again - I don’t mind paying their prices, but for the price I expect better product quality. Edit: The owner reached out re: my review; I appreciated that.
