My daughter had to record a solo piece to record and we needed to find a space quickly. I just stumbled across this place and was surprised that’s was in the South side of Dallas and pretty economical. Our first reservation was made through a 3rd party , but our second rental was made directly with Sour Creative Studios. Both times the owner was quick in responding and very accommodating. Space is clean and very nice. Restrooms were super clean. My only reason for 4/5 starts was due to tracery. There was not a lock and key or security code to enter the space. I noticed many people were in and out, and that was my only concern. Other than that we will definitely return. But I highly suggest they look into securing the premises especially since they are located in the warehouse district.
