I used there service twice to store my luggage in between my flights and cruise and the service was exceptional. Don't let the size of the building fool you this is definitely one of Miami's best kept secrets for tourists and their luggage as well as rentals of all kinds! I will definitely come back and spend money with them again in the future! Loved it! And the prices were also amazing!

I had such a great experience here yesterday! The gentleman from Argentina and the woman working were kind and conversational. The whole concept of luggage storage is brilliant! The woman even noticed my ring and gifted me with matching earrings that she had just been gifted herself. I mentioned how viciously hungover I was (Miami ain’t for the faint hearted) and the man literally took us around the corner to another shop to show us his miracle cure for hangovers - which apparently is pickle juice! Overall a super genuine experience with the folks working here as well as the convenience of exploring South Beach without lugging around your bag.
