So cal gun has been a great experience. John did a great job helping me he was professional and kind. I have sold a couple guns and each time it has been quick and efficient. I was amazed at even when i was being helped other workers who just finished up with another customer would asked me if i have been helped. By far my favorite gun store in socal. Ive bought ALL of my guns and ammo here. Everyone in there I've done business with is just amazing. To name just a few, Davids a cool and pretty knowledgeable guy, Bobs a funny guy, good humor, and super knowledgeable, Mike has no patience limit and will help you for a min or 2 hours it feels like, Greg has worked out some with things with me in the past on my purchases, Jamie always has a good attitude, just good fellas in there. Prices are very fair, they have the largest selection in relics and old guns I feel, pretty equal selection between new and used, and they have uncommon and hard to find calibers of ammo. Love this store!!!

I called and talked to someone about a special order the day prior to coming in today. At the local more popular store that starts with a "T", I called and was put on hold for 15min. They took my info and never called back [as they said they would]. The next day, went into that store [that starts with a "T" ] and waited 2hrs just to talk to someone face to face. No joke. At SoCal Gun? Complete opposite experience. Walked right in and had the best customer service ever. Was done with all the paperwork with this special order in a matter of minutes.
