I made my last donation to this facility today. There is no organization other than dumping donations into dirty containers. I had several boxes containing easily resellable glass items. I asked where I could place them to avoid breakage. I was instructed to use the bins. I know full well most of the glass will end up broken. I also brought clean, nice clothing. Once again, I was to dump it all in the filthy bins. Half of the stuff in the bins should be tossed, not donated. Never again.

Visited this nice thrift store while staying in Phoenix. I found it to be clean, well stocked, nicely organized and nice displays. The staff was friendly and there was lot's of people working to keep things stocked and tidy.. I would recommend this place if you like to thrift. They had a lot of clothes and furniture and lovely china sets.

I was there this morning when (out of no where) the greeter told me that there were wedding dresses for sale. I said that I saw them but didn’t need one. He asked why. “Because I’m already married”, I replied. “Just in case” and “You never know” is what he said back. I thought this was a rather random and rude thing to say so I tried to keep it light and said “I’m sure about this one”. He then said “That’s what they all say”. Really? I’m so glad I was taught to think twice about what I say to people. I wish their doorman would do the same.

Very disappointed with the store as there use to be good stuff until they decided to put anything good online. It’s almost a waste of time and gas going. New management since Fred left isn’t the store it once was. They truly have wrecked it. I won’t be donating anything further. It’s now almost depressing.

Iam a survivor of domestic violence. I went to them for help and they helped me by putting me in a hotel for 2 weeks and providing food and clothing vouchers for me
