What a joke of a place!! I showed up with a TRUCKLOAD of donations—yard tools, ladder, even a wheelbarrow. In the cab I had the fragile stuff like an antique tea set and a handmade dish set from the 1920s. The tall guy taking donations looks at the truck bed and says, “We can’t take these.” Like… WHAT!? What are you expecting, brand new Target items?? These are DONATIONS—meant to help people who need them. If you’re actually trying to donate odds and ends or replace something, don’t waste your time here. I’m taking everything to Goodwill on Camelback—they actually get it

PLEASE READ THIS REVIEW EVERYONE. To the donaters: the stuff you kindly donate or drop off to these places to help the people who need it most isn't going to those people they could never afford it. They say they clothe, house, feed, etc. They wouldn't even give me a pair of shoes and I really needed them. Instead, they wanted me to pay almost 30 bucks for some well-used shoes. I'm homeless, and $30 is hard to come by. That slogan is a lie to get you to donate your stuff so they can get paid off your discarded items when someone like me could use them so much I would be so grateful. Hand a bag of clothes to a random homeless person, I promise you will help us so much more. To the buyers: if you shop at these places, you most likely donate too. Why let these scam artists make a profit middle manning your discarded stuff. Go to yardsales, Facebook marketplace, or offerup. If you do that, then at least you guys are paying each other for your stuff. This place and goodwill and others is such a lie, such a scam it makes me so angry, they are using us homeless to scam everyone. And preventing us from actually getting any help. The last thing they do is help homeless. Trust me, I've tried to get help countless times as well as many others I know. Long review, I know, but I hope this gets to the people who needed to read this. And hopefully, it will make a difference. Thank you.

i’m actually very grateful that I came across St. Vincent de Paul donations. I got very sick and tired of going to Goodwill and dropping it off over there considering that Goodwill was upping the price For used clothing and trying to resell it as regular brand new store price and that’s the thing I find very ridiculous. Sometimes you can’t even find it cheaper at the store than Goodwill not even a lot of homeless people can’t even afford shopping at Goodwill. I’m not gonna be dropping off my things where I know people can’t even afford it and I wanna make sure if I’m gonna be dropping it off that they’re gonna be going to somebody who’s in desperate need of it like I once was

First time here and happen to come when an employee event was gonna take place at 4 so they were closing early. We got there at 3:34 and there was a rude old lady that worked there yelling and harassing the customers that they close at 4 upset ppl where still aloud in. Saying rude comments, unnecessary things very unprofessional
