Exceptional customer service! I'm not a runner and don't look like one. I prefer fashion over comfort, but I have an upcoming trip where I will constantly walk for several days. I stopped at another specialized shoe store before this and was completely ignored. I left disappointed. As soon as I walked in Jeremy greeted me and asked what I was looking for. He was so attentive and brought several shoes for me to try on based on my needs. I ended up buying a total of 4 shoes and 2 pairs of socks based on his knowledgeabe recommendations. I also couldn't decide on which shoes would go with my potential ootd. Additionally, another customer walked in while he was helping me and he helped her at the same time. I have never had customer service the way I experienced it here. I've been dealing with plantar fascitis for years, have gone through thousand of dollars worth of shoes. Nothing has helped. I found this place and Jeremy was so helpful on so many levels. He had me try on so many different shoes, helped me with my arch support, and the thing I liked most is he didn't try to sell me the most expensive which most places try to do. If you have severe pain in your feet this is the place to go.
