I love Spirit Yoga! It’s a beautiful studio with a great vibe and the instructors are amazing. Just had my second class with Dom and he is an absolutely incredible instructor. He is super knowledgeable and passionate about yoga and his wonderful energy radiates through the class. I feel rejuvenated and strong. I also love that he incorporates a lot of different breathing techniques. Oh, and his choice of music is perfect! Highly recommend!

Scheduled puppy yoga for me and my group for my bachelorette weekend. Cute studio but I’d definitely be careful booking larger groups. I talked to the staff and booked my group months/almost a year in advance and thought everything would be okay but when we showed up the class was extremely overbooked. Me and my group were crammed into a corner and split up from each other. Wish I would have known it would be like that so I could have looked into booking a more private experience. Cute pups though
