Really great microphone selection which is very important when choosing a studio. The control room also gives you the ability to really find out how your record sounds as you are creating music. This is a professional studio, the tracking room, where the drums and other instruments are recorded is designed so that you do not get that amateur sound, and the gear there is what you would find in LA or Nashville. Plenty of parking, really easy to load in and out. Very easy place to record. Highly recommended.
