The club was good but a little cramped. Make sure you find out what time the performers you want to see actually start at, not just what it says online. Otherwise the security and servers were nice, but the drink prices were astronomical.

One of the worst nightclubs i’ve ever visited in my life. Most of the bar tenders won’t serve you water????? he said he didn’t have time to pour it for me and then said $7 for WATER. 4 shots is $50. and we paid $23 just to get in. $23 and it was basically empty. I highly do not recommend this club. bouncers were dancing with girls and letting them play with their flashlights. everything about this bar is unprofessional. Bar tender is pictured below.

I've reviewed clubs in Chicago like Spybar, Smartbar, so I've got experience in night clubbing. Went there tonight when Techno And Espresso were performing. It was fine. I don't like how the liquor is displayed. It's hard to see the bottles from the clubside bars with the blue lighting. I would have gone with simple white lighting like what Smartbar does. I would also label the bathrooms with M/W if we're not doing all gender bathrooms here. Could also appreciate some more Resident Advisor listings, too. The sound system is fine, I'm not sure why it's "rapey" though the lower level leaks a bit from the upper level, I'm not sure if that can be improved. Security is standard for the club, it's River North. I've been bumped a bit harshly by a few tourists here, I assume they're put at the same grade as Spybar's team. I don't see why it's a "bad" club, it's fine, just needs some accessibility improvements, and it's perfect. They hold tabs barside, like Smartbar and, unlike Spybar, and tips are automatic, they also accept cash, like both clubs. Tip the bathroom attendants too, make sure you got singles! I had fun at this club, I'll definitely be back if they can bring this troupe (or similar), hardstyle is lacking in Chicago, and this would make a perfect home for this genre. Parking is extremely cheap, use SpotHero and park at 305 W. Ontario, you'll be right next to the club!
