I have rented a studio from Soundstructure for two years. It's secure, in a really cool neighborhood, and is well constructed as it was built from the ground up as rehearsal spaces. It's also really cool to be in the same building as the Walnut Room - the staff is friendly and the food and drinks are great. My band and I feel really lucky to have a space here.

Update: caught maintenance guy in hallway and he checked out heat issue and fixed it! No more feeling like I'm going to pass out during practice! Expensive but nice. Only issue is heat blasts into rooms sometimes. Better than being cold I guess

The comprehensive soundproofing means sessions are private not only from onlookers but also acoustically insulated from other groups in the building. This separation allows for confidential rehearsals or sessions that may involve sensitive material, giving musicians peace of mind that their work remains their own until they choose to share it. Additionally, the presence of on-site amenities like bathrooms and water access means groups don’t need to leave the secure perimeter frequently, further minimizing exposure and downtime during sessions.
