It's an amazing place that provides great views of New Jersey. Places like this exist to take a break from the busyness of Manhattan.

Very Beautiful park by the Hudson River with jersey city view. You can do free fishing here. Really beautiful place to spend time with family and friends.

I've been coming to this park for years, since 2011. It still looks the same, and exudes a peaceful aura. Their are many nice views to be seen as well. I love coming here after work to relax and take in the views of Jersey, the Statue of Liberty 🗽 and listen to the ocean. It's nice! They're currently doing work on certain parts of it. Most of the park now leading to Battery Park is closed till mid 2025. I can't wait to see how it looks when they finish!

Most likely one of the most underrated parks in Manhattan. Might be because need to walk a bit to get there from the train so tourists don’t really go there. Anyway: fantastic place to walk around, sit and read in a (relatively) peaceful environment with the Hudson river in front of you. Helicopters from/to Wall st and 34st can be annoying.

This park is hidden in/next to Battery Park and is one of the nicest spots in the whole city. It’s incredibly well maintained, with amazing views, and is rarely crowded. At night, it’s especially beautiful and well lit. A total gem. Also, being next to Battery Park and the pier there are tons of opportunities to explore after checking this spot out. You can see some awesome Yachts in the marina as well as eat/drink. This park has a unique viewing platform I think is awesome as well. Recommend walking up there and taking it in or sitting at the waterfront benches. It’s also incredibly safe here which is always important.
