This is my happy place. I own 3 horses there. Place is not snobby. Its comfortable. Lots of young happy people and some old ones too. But for the most part we all get along great. Its not a party ranch. But we hang out and have fun. There are a few kids and lots of dogs. Its not the Hilton of stables. But we are happy. Great place for someone who does not care about showing but just happy trailing and hanging out.
