Fantastic training, great performances and wonderful community programs! Southern California Ballet is so much more than a place to learn the art of dance. The team of dedicated teachers, staff and artistic directors have built a community where friendships are those that last a lifetime and the training received has not only helped my children dance at a high standard, but has also taught them skills that will last a lifetime. My children have had the opportunity to participate in full productions of The Nutcracker and a spring show that rotates between, “Alice in Wonderland,” “Coppelia,”and “Cinderella.” The Annual Gala and Soiree at the Ballet are special events that the Company level participates in, and is an additional wonderful opportunity for the dancers to perform and the community to enjoy the art of dance. We absolutely love SCB and are so grateful to be a part of the SCB community.

My daughter joined this dance academy almost 2 years ago & it has immensely impacted her life in a positive way. Not only have her dance skills improved, but the other dancers she met have become like family to her. We are so grateful that she is able to spend so much of her time here building community, staying fit & growing in her ability to dance.

Southern California Ballet is more than a Ballet Studio. It is a community of kindness and support. The owners care for the students deeply and have excellent knowledge in the ballet world. My daughter benefits from all the friendships she has made, the technical training and the values SCB teaches.

SCB is my daughter’s second home & her happy place. The entire team of teachers and staff are deeply caring for every dancer under their care. The environment is supportive & the dancers are each other’s biggest cheerleaders. The level of instruction is absolutely impeccable as it has been a true joy to watch my daughter flourish at SCB.

I came for Martha’s adult class - she is a kind, welcoming, accommodating teacher and a beautiful dancer to watch. I was really worried about being in the way, and she took the time to answer all of my questions and reassure me. The other students are also very talented and inspiring to be around. My legs are too weak right now to keep up well and I’ve forgotten a lot, but I’ll keep practicing and look forward to taking another class after summer break!
