I came in to buy drinks for my wedding, and had a terrible experience with the beer. I don't drink beer, so I asked for assistance with some variety in selection and the lady who runs beer made this seem like the worst request I could have made for her. She said she didn't know much about beer, that she can't give advice, and that I should just google it. I came in hoping for any level of knowledge or possibly a drop of enthusiasm for helping a customer out, but left more embarrassed that I had asked for help. Second star only comes from the sweet lady who checked me out with after relying on some friends for advice in my selections.

I'm a doordasher. I was picking up an order from this location yesterday early evening, and as I arrived I go to the normal spot where the dashes are supposed to go to pick up orders. There was me and a few other actual customers there and we were all standing waiting for about 10 to 15 minutes while several employees just passed us by not stopping to ask if we need any help or say anything to us. So as a Dasher we are instructed to go to an employee if we need help, and so that's exactly what I did was not rude or disrespectful in any way. I hear from across the store a woman yell," he is getting your order ready you need to be patient!" Might I add very very rudely I was told this, and I looked back at the customer that was the customers that were standing there waiting and I asked them was I rude? It was very very shocking! And I was told by the other customers that no they haven't been asked if they needed any help or even acknowledge whatsoever and that it's quite upsetting. Then the woman who yelled at me, walked up to me and asked for my ID which I politely handed to her. I asked her was there a reason why she was being so rude to me and she gaslighted me and told me that she wasn't being rude. I proceeded to explain to her that I felt like she was being rude to me and talking to me like a child. That is when she handed my ID back and looked at me and quietly said that I needed to get another driver to come pick up the order, basically saying she wasn't going to give me the order and I guess trying to make herself feel better about herself and hurting my feelings and my pay. I politely asked her name and I walked out. Let me stress that I was in no way rude, disrespectful and I was only doing my job in the way that I'm supposed to. I'm instructed to go up to an employee and ask them for help and show them the order name. I have written about 7 or 8 reviews and the deleted them because I'm not trying to get anybody in trouble but I am wanting to stress how completely unprofessional I was treated and that in a place of business no matter what the customer's always right. I understand that I'm not a customer that I am a doordasher, but when I called doordash to complain on this woman who I will not say her name but she's an older lady who worked yesterday early evening, they told me that I should have gone to a manager. The sad thing is I believe she was a manager which is very shocking but they told me in no way shape or form should anyone. Be treated the way that this woman treated me. I actually left the store almost in tears, which is sad because I'm a grown woman and an adult, but that's how rude this lady was to me and the fact that she didn't like the way that I asked her again why she was talking to me or yelling at me for no apparent reason wanted to show Authority and deny me to pick up one of your customers orders. I was only doing my job and this lady I'm telling you she really needs to either find a job she likes, or change your attitude towards people because she actually as I'm walking out turn to one of the customers that was standing waiting for help who hadn't even asked for help yet but it was waiting there for about 15 minutes told him without asking him again could I help you or anything in that matter, that he needed to go to the cashier and whatever he needed that could help him. Didn't ask him if he needed help or what he needed help with just and she was raised her voice at him too. Again I'm very shocked I've never been treated that way in a place of business by the employees because no matter what, the customer's always right I have worked in customer service my whole life and it was just more than talking! I will state that the woman's name starts with an a. And let me stress one more time that I was not in any shape or form rude, I was just following instructions with the doordash app tells me to do and that's how I was treated. Thank you so much and I hope that you all change your customer service for sure.
