My friend was having a bad day and I wanted to surprise her with the gift of smashing things! I went on the website to buy a gift card and the "Add a Description" link didn't work, so I called. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and helpful and told me she could take care of that on their end. We set up the gift card with the description and at check out the total came to $100 instead of the $150 card I was intending to buy. After the link not working and me having to call, I asked if that rate could be applied since the issues were on their end (can't hurt to ask, right?!). She was very understanding and said she would have to call management and would get back to me right away No problem, I totally get it. This was around 10-11a on Friday. I called back around 3p since I hadn't heard from her and she said she still hadn't heard management. I waited the rest of the night on Friday. And Saturday. And Sunday, and now it's Monday and I still haven't heard back from them. This review is not about the price, it is the severe lack of customer service. I had been intending to pay full price, asked if their mess up could apply, and then got ghosted. For a business that is new, you're not going to stay open very long if that's how you treat your customers. All I wanted was for someone to call me back with a yes or a no so I could get my friend her surprise vent session, and now no one gets anything, which is the worst part. :(

Have you ever been in a mood? Going to a rage room has been on my bucket list for some time. I took that mood I had and broke everything I was given to break. Everything you need is provided for you. You will get protective gear, boots, gloves, and a helmet. You get to be your own dj! You can play music from your phone so make sure you create a playlist before going. I chose the package that had a basket full of plates, cups, glasses, saucers, etc. I had the option of using a crowbar, or a hammer. At first, it felt funny breaking things, but once I got into I was throwing glasses at the wall like I was a baseball pitcher. An easy process to set an appointment as well. Afterwards, I felt relieved. I highly recommend going to Spin Art. It was very therapeutic.
