Absolutely incredible meal from start to finish. The handmade pastas lived up to the hype — rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The tajarin with butter and sage was a standout, but honestly, every dish was memorable. The ambiance is warm and intimate, and the service was attentive without being overbearing. One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Seattle. Highly recommend for a special night out or anyone who loves Italian done right.

Spinasse in Seattle offers some solid dishes, but at the price point, we expected a lot more. The handmade pasta was definitely the highlight, perfect texture and flavor, yet everything else we tried, like the duck and gnocchi, felt just average. For what you pay, the menu doesn’t quite deliver the consistency or innovation you’d hope for. It’s not a bad meal by any means, but it’s hard to justify returning given the cost. Maybe we’ll give it another shot down the road, but for now, it’s a pass.

Spinasse was a delightful venue for dinner with friends and one of my favorites in the city so far. The space inside is small and intimate with great service and vibes. The menu isn't massive, but what is available was interesting and all delicious. I especially enjoyed the sampler of appetizers - really nice option for sure. I also appreciated the drink options - the wine we ordered was delicious and the bourbon available was shockingly well priced. Finally, the desserts were frankly outstanding. I want more of the chocolate torta. A+ all around - we will be back.

Spinasse is our favorite Italian restaurant in Seattle! The portions are small so order a few things to enjoy. The tasting menu gives you a few bites of everything on the menu and is worth it! If the full tasting menu feels like too much the appetizer with a portion of each starter is also great. Tips: - Make a reservation early. They open 1-2 months out depending on the season. It’s unlikely to get a table if you just walk in. - Plan extra time to find parking - All of the pastas are incredible, the sage is my favorite. My husband loves the ragu. It’s a good idea to also order an entree (2 of us often share one) to complete the meal.

Spinasse was in my list of restaurants to visit ever since I’ve been in Seattle. It’s widely regarded as the best italian restaurant here. I chose to celebrate here for my birthday dinner. The service was top notch. We ordered toni negroni, martinez cocktail, cavatelli, tagarin with beef ragu, chocolate cake and bibb lettuce salad. This is the best pasta I’ve had in my life. Buttery smooth tagarin and perfectly al dente cavatelli. The martinez cocktail was really strong. Toni negroni mocktail was really smooth. The salad was fresh and bright. The chocolate cake was a luxurious end to our brilliant meal. The hype is real and the staff is always on their A game. Bravo!
