Through my 20+ contacts through those methods I have talked to one person from a different location that informed me that this store is a different franchise and he is unable to access the inventory.

I understand they have a not return policy. BUT they need to notify the customer before making the payment. I realized this when I reviewed the receipt at home. No phone number, bar code super plain. I went back to the store because the shoe didn't fit well and the manager Bruna said they have a sign under the register (like I have eyes on my legs). Refund laws state that stores must disclose their policy verbally and put the sing where buyers can easily see prior to purchasing the items.
