I had a wonderful experience at the Sportsman’s Warehouse located at 19205 North 27th Avenue in Phoenix, AZ, thanks to an outstanding team member named Corey. From the moment we spoke with him, it was clear that Corey is someone who truly enjoys what he does. He has an old soul, a warm demeanor, and a genuine desire to help people — something that is incredibly refreshing and rare to find these days. During our visit, there was a minor miscommunication regarding the price of a Yeti cooler. While situations like this can sometimes be frustrating, Corey handled it with professionalism and grace. He was quick to apologize, took ownership of the issue, and ensured it was resolved immediately. His calm and respectful approach completely turned the situation into a positive experience. Corey’s product knowledge, patience, and above all, his incredible attitude made a lasting impression on us. You can tell he takes pride in his work and values each customer interaction. Typically go to small shops but this time decided to go to a big box and was pleasantly surprised. Service was the best I've had in any big box store. Typically you go in and feel like you are bothering the workers. This time I felt like the sales associate wanted to help. We will definitely go back.

Great place and the staff was very helpful and attentive. We had some questions on ammo and they gave us great advise. I will be returning. They have a great selection of guns, ammo, and camping gear. Ill be back for sure.

Absolutely love this store and the people. I shop here probably 4 times a week and the selection of 99% of things is great. The biggest and non fixed issue is restocking or roboworm soft plastic worms. I have asked many of the customer facing employees and they are on the same team as me, in wanting more stock on hand (so customers like me don't keep asking about them) The baits, specifically in the high demand colors sell off the shelves in no time. Yet it seems that the restocking only occurs once a year. There is nothing I wish more then if my favorite store would actually stock my favorite baits. I may be a dreamer but I think it's a simple solution. Roboworm stocking manager, please; I am begging you. Please take more of my money. oxblood, morning dawn, margarita mutilator. they will all sell I promise.

I’ve shopped at this particular store for over 20 years and over time, I’ve seen it decline quite a bit. This is primarily in regards to availability of items and during the last several visits, I have not found even the simplest things I was looking for. Whatever I did find, however, was either way overpriced or it was one ‘model’ of what I was looking for. At this point, I have absolutely no idea how this place is still in business. Bass Pro Shops is ten times farther and I still prefer to go there any time I need anything for fishing or any other outdoor activities I do. I went in there today looking for water shoes and there wasn’t a single size available that I could try on. All other sandals/water shoes/Hey Dude shoes are either not available in the specific model or they’re just not right for water activities. I’d be surprised if you make it another decade.
