I could not be more pleased or satisfied with my Pilates instructor, studio and overall experience at Springwater.  Besides having one of the best, most inspiring, and creative instructors in Liz, they also have a beautiful new studio conveniently located on Milwaukie Ave.  Recently, they held an open house on a weekend that included fun classes and mimosas- it was such a blast!  The comradery and good times are a bonus to my overall experience, and my main goal continues to be my pursuit of better health and fitness.  I have noticed positive changes in my appearance, flexibility and strength, but one of the unplanned benefits from going to Pilates has been developing such good friendships.  Thank you to the women who make our classes so affirming, and an extra special thanks to Liz, who makes our classes so firming!  =)

I worked with Liz on the reformer once a week for about 10 weeks. Liz is a wonderful instructor. Liz catered to our individual needs while keeping the reformer work challenging and fun. This was first experience on the Pilates reformer and I loved it! Thanks Liz!
