As of recent, Sprouts Farmers Market holds a 4.4-star rating based on 2486 reviews.
Customer reviews for Sprouts Farmers Market generally reflect a strong appreciation for the quality and affordability of its fresh produce, meats, and organic offerings. Positive feedback often highlights the store's excellent variety of fruits and vegetables that come at prices competitive with or lower than similar grocers, along with standout experiences at the deli for fresh sandwiches and made-to-cook meal options. Reviewers also appreciate the store's bulk foods section, especially the refill system that reduces plastic waste and promotes environmental responsibility. Many enjoy the laid-back, farmer’s market vibe that creates a more personal and friendly shopping environment compared to traditional grocery chains. On the downside, some customers note that Sprouts has a smaller overall inventory compared with larger specialty grocers like Whole Foods, which occasionally limits selection. A few reviewers mention occasional crowding or limited stock of certain popular items. Accessibility aspects, like self-checkouts and wide aisles, receive praise, though some stores may vary in layout and staffing. Overall, the balance of positive remarks around product quality, pricing, and atmosphere outweighs critiques, solidifying Sprouts’ reputation as a great destination for healthy, affordable food and a community-oriented shopping experience. Customers consistently recommend Sprouts for those seeking fresh, natural, and organic foods within a welcoming setting.

Had the worst experience at the deli department with David. He was insanely rude and disrespectful. I was waiting behind one woman and one guy behind me in line. When it was my turn to order his attitude immediately changed, and he was kinda rude and rushed me to order even though I was trying to make sure he was finished with the previous order and ready to take my order. He kept telling me to "speak up" after everything I would say. He would say it in such a rude voice and was raising his voice at me to "just speak up". I have never really had an issue ordering with a barrier or any place I go, and by hearing the woman in front of me and the gentleman behind me order, I know I wasn't being too quiet. He literally wanted me to scream my order at him when the other two people were speaking at a same volume I was trying to be to begin with. It was such an embarrassing experience because he would literally make me yell each thing I wanted on my sandwich at a time. When I first walked up I told him what I wanted after I greeted him, so I don't know why he suddenly "forgot" and wanted me to keep repeating myself. I told him I wanted all the toppings to begin with and he still would say "what else? PLEASE SPEAK UP THIS TIME" and would stop at only one ingredient even if i would say "lettuce and tomato" which forced me to keep repeating myself embarrassingly loud in front of the line that was now forming behind me due to him putting only one ingredient at a time. I know he heard me say all the toppings the first time because he even made a comment of "whenever people say they want everything, theres always something I put on that they say they don't want" which I then reassured him I did want the full toppings. Not only was it a humiliating and disrespectful experience, he still purposely made my sandwich wrong. He didn't put sub dressing, lettuce or onions. When I did reminded him of adding the onions he grabbed the smallest 2 slices of onions and proceeded to toss one 1 slice back into the bin (which was completely full at the time) and spread the small, sad slice of onion across the sandwich. I didn't feel like arguing over it and just took the sandwich as-is regardless of the other missing items. He tossed the sandwich across the counter at me at the very end to top it off. I don't feel there was any point where I came off as being rude, so I don't know what his problem was. I am a younger female in my 20s, and I don't know if that is why he targeted me and felt like he could be rude to me. I just worry that he may treat the two young female coworkers that came in as I was checking out with a similar disrespect. I've worked in food service/hospitality for 5+ years, and I would never treat a customer with disrespect the way David did. Everyone else at this location was so sweet to me so I feel bad even leaving 1-star, but this review is aimed at David in the deli department only. When I went to go order fish immediately after, the woman was so sweet and helpful. The ladies on self-check out were very nice and understanding too, so I have no idea how David got hired here. Regardless of everyone else being amazing, I still don't think I will be returning to this location again and will tell everyone I can to chose the Sprouts location on 7th & Osborn if they want to get a sandwich so they dont have to deal with an entitled old man. (P.S. David, if you do want to claim that I was just "too quiet", maybe you should worry about investing your next paycheck into hearing aids (: so that other people don't have the same issue that I had to experience)

Prices have gone up significantly at Sprouts but it’s a good place to go for quick shopping trips. Their bakery is decent and so is their produce. They do carry a lot of organic items. Their health and beauty and vitamins are on the higher end price wise. It’s sad because they used to be really competitive and now they just aren’t. I get it but it’s harder for actual stores with employees to have the lowest prices around and still pay well and keep the electricity on etc.. I shop here regularly. Staff has finally been consistent. There has been a lot of turnover. Employees seem generally happy.

Love the supply of products available. Was a little disappointed they didn’t have any of the natural gummy bears we usually get that only sprouts carries. Other Ethan that the meat counter is always great and has the BEST turkey spinach feta burgers.
