This grocery store deserves 10 stars. This is the friendliest grocery store I have ever been to in my entire life. Years ago when I was living outside I would come here a few times a week and walk out with more than 2 armfuls of items without ever paying for them. No matter how rough i looked with or without shoes on my feet they always welcomed me into the store and would tell me to have a great day on the way out. This went on for years. Even the customers knew what I was up to and had offered to pay for the items I was clenching to in my arms. I politely declined because I was to embarrassed and tweaked out to wait in line. I don't know who the manager was at the time but I know that this store is amazingly friendly with all customers. The least I could do is give them 5 star rating. I do not recommend this at all. As of recently they have private security working at the door.

I stopped by Sprouts to pick up some supplements and noticed the store had a lot of senior customers. It was really nice to see how attentive and patient the staff were in helping them — something I deeply respect. That said, it took me a while (about 30 minutes) to find what I needed, as most of the staff were understandably focused on assisting others. Overall, it’s a great store with high-quality products and a caring team. Just be prepared for a bit of a wait during busy hours, and parking can be a little tricky.

A reviewer claims, "always packed with fruits, veggies, meats, seafood," well I say, ALWAYS PACKED WITH PEOPLE EVEN WHEN THEY ARE NOT OVERLY BUSY. There is a term in retailing that refers to making the best usage of your square feet in a brick and mortar location, but the No Park Sprouts takes that to the extreme. It's bad enough that people in North Park, or at least in this story, are so picky about their personal space (sorry, I can't walk over the bananas) but on top of that you don't have much room to maneuver! NOT very disability customer friendly, i would say. Well today, Saturday moring, 6/28 I ask the woman in the vitamin department about a particular toothpaste which I had not seen before. She seemed irritated that I asked her a question. Her answer were short, as if angry. I said thank you afterward so I moved on. Later, when I walked to car, I opened the left rear to throw in my stuff and noticed that she is idling in her SUV facing outward in the next parking space. She GLARES at me then puts up her sunshade (why if she's idling?). I got in my car and sat there for a few seconds wondering what the hell that was all about! How does this person even work in a customer service job??? Was she the department manager??? Well at least cashier Erika was nice.

Tonya at the Sprouts in Northpark went absolutely above and beyond for me and she deserves a huge shoutout! I called ahead looking for a specific item, and without hesitation, she took the time to personally go search the store for it. By the time I arrived, she already had the item ready and waiting up front. Her thoughtfulness, efficiency, and genuine kindness made my entire shopping experience quick and effortless. It’s rare to find someone who truly goes the extra mile like Tonya did. Thank you so much for the amazing service, you’ve gained a loyal customer because of her!

I was doing my daily shopping and noticed that that organic unbleached flour was empty and needed 5 lbs. I asked an employee from produce who I will call short guy with hat and glasses (BVG)- Big Virgin Glasses. Hat and glasses (BVG), said he checked the back and there was none but I might be able to find some at the bakery department. I proceeded to go to the bakery department and asked a young lady and didn’t know where to find it so she guided me to an employee that was deaf. His name was Nathanial. I showed him an image of the name of the product and did hand gestures to indicate I needed a lot. He walked me to the designated area and then he went to the back and found less than half a bag left. This kind of customer service needs to be recognized and rewarded. A person who can’t hear was able to fulfilled my request without hesitation. It doesn’t take perfect hearing to do a good job , it just takes a person who cares about the customer and someone who enjoys working for sprouts. Thank you again Nathanial for your hard work and for caring for customers. I hope one day you become a team leader or manager and help teach others how to care for customers the way you did to me.
