All food was amazingly delicious. Better than most places weve eaten at or others have told us about, in years... Except for when we went to Ireland . The Best Brussels ever! We had Hanger steak, Baramundi fish - OMG delicious. Splurged for dessert.. chocolate torte. We have GF and Dairy allergies.. was not a problem here. We will definitely be back.

A friend of mine came with me to Spruce tonight and we had a great time. The food was spectacular. My friend had the special turkey dinner and I had the prime rib. The turkey, served with stuffing, was moist and delicious. The prime rib cut easily with a butter knife, it was so tender and perfectly prepared. For desert we had the banana creme pie and we were not disappointed We ate at the bar and our bartender, Ashley, could not have been better. We tried both the Boulderado Barrel Aged Manhattan and the Burnt Orange Old Fashioned. They were perfectly prepared and tasted great! Ashly went out of her way to make sure we were well taken care of, she checked on us often and made great suggestions such as the Baked Brie, Apple & Prosciutto Crostini which we started with. I highly recommend this resturant. And don't forget, if you sit at the bar, to ask for Ashley.

Boulder. We stayed at the hotel so this place made for a convenient breakfast. I got the house smoked salmon with poached eggs & maybe because I confused it with Norwegian smoked salmon that I found it overcooked. The poached eggs were perfect though along with the herbed goat cheese. I also wish they had freshly squeezed orange juice. Hubby though enjoyed his prime rib & poached eggs with Irish coffee.
