If you're considering hosting your next event here, this is your sign to book Spy Hop Rooftop. Alecia Cenaruzabeitia truly sets the tone for this incredible event space. She embodies professionalism, ensuring every detail is attended to and that all your needs are met without a single thing being overlooked. Alecia is detail-oriented, friendly, communicative, responsive, and incredibly helpful. When I found myself in a difficult situation—forced to move my event (a blessing in disguise) to Spy Hop Rooftop on very short notice after our original venue (just an 8-minute walk down the street) suddenly backed out the morning before our event due to not scheduling staffing or rentals for us—I was beyond relieved to find Alecia and the Spy Hop team so accommodating. Despite the last-minute change, they worked with us to ensure everything went smoothly for our group and multiple vendors. Alecia handled everything with such professionalism and care, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. I didn’t have to worry about a thing knowing Alecia and her team had everything covered. I’m so thankful for their ability to step in with such a quick turnaround, making sure the event went off without a hitch. If you're looking for a stress-free, well-managed event space, Spy Hop is the place to book. I truly cannot recommend Alecia and Spy Hop more and definitely will be returning.
