Emergency staff is unorganized and rude. My mother was brought in Emergency by her Apartment manager and an hour later still was unable to get an answer of when I could see her. Where is the privacy at the hospital. Office area is congested with sick people and several nurses just walking looking lost. I wonder how hard it is to have someone walk you to a 84 or old woman room. The charge Nurse finally came out and walked us over but the security card could have done it 10 minutes ago just as he was walking others over. Mrs Black and White nails your attitude in medical field is NASTY. Let's get the rooms clean for the sick not make it worse

We delivered at St. David’s last month and had a really good experience overall. Our baby was a little past the due date, so we were able to join one of the hospital’s monthly tours just in time. It was super helpful to get familiar with where everything was and how things would go. Everything went pretty smoothly, and we were lucky to have two amazing nurses during our stay—Brook and Joselyn. They were both so supportive and just made us feel really cared for. There was a third nurse who was with us for just half a day (I wish I remembered her name!) but she was also super friendly and helpful. Surprisingly, the food is way better than I expected! My husband and I actually both enjoyed our meals during the two-night stay. Definitely not your typical “hospital food” experience.

I was at the St. David’s North Austin Meducal Center today and want to say thank you to all who helped me: Christoper (wheeled me to imaging), Rafael, (did the image scanning), the woman who took did the administrative part, nurse Jori (helped out the head nurse), Marissa (my main nurse) and Jennifer (my PA). And the waiting room staff, including Taylor (the friendly young woman who did check-in) and those who saw and listened when I needed to lay down because I couldn’t sit from the pain. They were all caring, kind, attentive, respectful, and friendly. Marissa was highly skilled and confident as well as very kind. As was Jennifer, who was clearly experienced as well as caring and compassionate. They both communicated very well and did their jobs so smoothly. I’m glad my doctor sent me to this ER. I hope all these employees get the praise that they deserve and whatever comes with it.

My experience here, from point A to point B, was amazing. The staff was incredibly nice, from the morning shift to the overnight team, and my partner and I were truly impressed. I appreciated how they honored all my requests and only took my baby when I agreed. The entire team here is truly remarkable, from the skilled anesthesia professionals to the dedicated lactation consultants, from the compassionate labor and delivery staff to the attentive room service. Their collective excellence creates an extraordinary experience.
