Nice vibe. Good music. Requested menu from the server, she brought our menu and never returned. She was engrossed into a deep conversation at the bar. I went over to get her. She didn't seem to happy with that. We ordered food and drinks. Food came quickly. Ranch wings were delicious! Drinks 🍸 followed. My lemon drop was horrible. Waitress took my drink without saying a word. She did bring back out another one,, which was much better. We didn't bother with the cigars. This was one of those situations where it was late, and we were already there. Won't be returning. Customer service: Zero!

Came here about 3 weeks ago on a Saturday . Overall it wasn’t a bad experience but it was hot and they had no DJ . They were playing down beat music the whole time . Asked my server who did a phenomenal job btw to see if she could get them to change it. She said they won’t. So we left . I think that’s why most people were coming in and leaving. Humidor low on everything. The place just needs a little loving .

I attended the annual D9 event and had an amazing time!!! I am not a cigar smoker, but the energetic atmosphere and the music made me forget that I was in a cigar lounge!!! It was a fantastic atmosphere with a mature crowd! Highly recommend checking it out for a memorable experience.

$20 for 6 wings and fries is insane. $50 minimum spending charge to sit down at the low chairs is insane when there's not much other seating. The selection of liquor and cigars has decreased. They might as well make more seating since most of the humidor isn't even being used. The appearance isn't as nice as it once was. The band Friday night was good. The server was good.
