This location didn't lack the kind of products that you're looking for. But unfortunately when it comes to customer service it didn't pan out and I was forced to have unanswered questions about many products that I was considering buying. Perhaps each person was very busy and they didn't have the time to meet with me personally but it is something that needs to be addressed if customer service is the driving force for better sales. Despite the negative information that I've given however there is plenty of products that I found for you to decide whether you like it or not.

Excellent service at the printing department! Chip and Ruben took great care of us — super helpful and gave insightful advice to make sure our business cards came out exactly how we wanted, both in look and feel. Highly recommend using Staples for any printing needs. Their prices are low and very competitive, and the in-store service is top-notch. Definitely coming back for future projects.

I've been to this location a few times and am always met with the same unwillingness to help, annoyance to explain & laziness to let self-service be the only way for me to get what I need. I understand using self-service as a solution, but then, what are you there for if you can't answer a question or two without getting visibly frustrated of having to interact with a customer? Unfortunately, I won't be coming back and definitely don't recommend this place to anyone who values decent service.

On August 25, 2025, my wife and I visited Staples for TSA pre-check sign up. As we started walking, a staples employee was walking ahead of us. We did not know who she was. She turned around and said "are you following me?" I replied no. I said we are here for TSA pre-check sign up. She said go and sit on the chairs provided for TSA pre-check customers and do not follow her. She did not show any courtesy. Evidently, she was the TSA pre-check clerk. I did not like her attitude. I believe customers can walk anywhere in the store. We left the store and made an appointment elsewhere.

The woman working the TSA precheck process is truly verbally abusive to customers. I was told by other employees that their manager has been trying to correct her behavior and she treats them the same way. Multiple customers saw the interaction and two even followed me outside to make sure I was ok. Completely unacceptable.
