Outstanding work and customer service. I have not had my road bike worked on in a couple of years and wanted a full tune up / detail of my bike as well as changing out a cassette and shortening my seat post tube and steering tube. Most bike shops with all the requested services would normally take a few days to service and pick up. John picked up and did all the requests in one day turnaround. True small mom and pop style bike shop. Staff was super cool and helpful. They have a young guy working there who is learning the ropes and was down to help out. Owner is friendly and very responsive to emails and in person. We got a voucher from the La Mesa E-bike program and I was set on getting one brand of a bike and he walked us through the features and style of a cheeper bike that is way better. Grateful for the experience!
