Service in and out balanced with security. Most staff strike a good balance a few can be seen as rude. Sometimes lines to get in are long, lots of service contractors plus other visitors and deliveries. Have info ready it helps get through faster.

Have been here 7 years. Management excellent. HOA not overbearing (a pleasant exception to the rule) and yet grounds, landscaping, palm trees impeccable; pool clean, etc. Tennis courts being redone.
