Stoney’s is the perfect spot to watch sports, enjoy delicious food, and hang out with friends or family. It’s a spacious venue with a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained. There’s a patio, a bar top, pinball, skee ball, and arcade games. And guess what? It’s also a KU bar, so you can cheer on the Jayhawks while you sip on a drink. ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK! 🦅 The chorizo nachos are a must-try. They’re absolutely delicious and topped with queso. The new menu item, the Oaxaca cheese quesadilla with chiltepin salsa, is also worth trying. It came out hot and tasted amazing, it would be good with chicken added too. The cheese is rich and flavorful, and the salsa is a great complement. Wing Wednesday is a great deal. You get eight wings to start, and then five per order after that (doesn’t include fries). There are a variety of wing sauce choices to choose from, including Stoney’s Original dry rub, Cajun dry rub, Buffalo, garlic Parmesan, BBQ, mango habanero, XXX, smokin garlic, spicy honey, Nashville hot, and spicy pineapple express. Our server was Jenn and rocked it. Every staff member I saw was incredibly friendly and attentive. The manager Magdalena was particularly kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Pretty good chicken wings and fast service. We came in for a light meal after eating some place else. Call it second dinner. And the chicken wings came out about 3 minutes after ordering, it was nuts. So we crushed those and then ordered another set of boneless to go. They have quite the variety of sauces. I wish the guy would’ve just told me what is the single most popular sauce. I wasn’t a fan of the flavor I got. Wasn’t bad but not exactly my style. It was honey sriracha something or other. And the Nashville hot was pretty bland as well. They’re bound to have a good sauce outta the 20 they had but I didn’t discover it.

Ordered the bone in buffalo wings and asked for extra crispy. The wings were undercooked. Hard to pull apart flats, with gummy skin. Please cook your wings at least twice as long, and add a few minutes if someone orders extra crispy. Edit: The server noticed we didn't eat our wings and took them off our bill since they weren't up to their standards.

Came to watch the nuggets game with my girl. Good atmosphere, friendly staff and good food. The 25oz drafts however are a ripoff. The cups barely fit my second 19.2oz can which poured to the exact same size as the first draft that came in the cup. Ain't no way those cups are 25oz. I never really complain about drinks but that's an obvious ripoff. As a local beer enthusiast I was disappointed since half of the giant amount of guests partook in the "25oz" drafts. Do better guys.

This location is fantastic! A larger one would be great for bigger drive-bar get-togethers. Trivia night is also super fun. Happy all-day Friday is a win! There are other pretty good specials too. This time, we did a lunch special: they have burgers, pulled pork, or a veggie burger, and a drink (beer) for $10.
