After a long night at work, I decided to check out the latest food hall in the West End, a spot I’d always passed by but never had the chance to explore. I was instantly taken in by the vibe, especially the tiki bar, which looked too cool to pass up. It was a night where frozen drinks were half-priced, so I went for the Miami Vice—and wow, what a choice! Not only was it visually stunning, with flames flickering on top, but it was also super tasty. The drink is definitely a conversation starter; in fact, the people sitting next to me ended up ordering the same one after seeing mine! The vibe was so fun and chill that I ended up making new friends and turning the evening into a mini party. We shared a round of shots, some delicious drinks, and had the best food nearby to keep the good times rolling. Our bartender was amazing—patient with everyone, especially after what was clearly a night full of fun. I’ll definitely be coming back for more good drinks, great people, and those delicious vibes.

A cool Tiki inspired bar that specializes in cocktails. The cocktails were slightly overpriced for what they are. A short local beer list is also offered. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Visited on a Friday and had an amazing time. Waitress was amazing. Good atmosphere and great drink. Too bad that offering no longer exists. Came back on Sunday and waitress would not allow me to order off the menu, only 5 drinks on a table stand card. She was rude and very dismissive. I drove to this location from the land of Krog Market and Ponce City Market. My wife and I love Tequila. Unfortunately, I’ll stay on the east side or find another locations. Despite having a full bar, this was all that I was offered.

I drove down to Atlanta to pick up my son from Morehouse. I usually drive down, get a hotel, and leave in the morning. I try to get a hotel that is affordable and close to the campus and the burgeoning West End shops. I wanted to head by the Boxcar to pick up some brews but decided to check the food hall to get something to eat with my son. I saw this bar and thought it was so cool. It came off like a Tiki Bar without the corn. It looked like a Tiki Bar from 2025 and not 1955. It was busy with customers so we decided to sit outside. I noticed that every table outside had customers who went back and forth to Strangers in Paradise. I decided to go. While it was busy, the bar was fully staffed and they were moving. At the same time, they provided good customer service. I ordered and waited about 5 minutes for my drink. During that time, every staff approached me to make sure I was being taken care of. This is rare at a busy bar on a Friday night. I really appreciated it. I can't remember the drink I ordered but it was rum based. I am not a fan of oversweet cocktails but this one was just right. Next time I return to Atlanta, I shall cop more drinks.
