Wonderful local studio. Fantastic variety of classes. They even offer a chair yoga class. It's so clean and inviting. They provide a real sense of community. I couldn't be happier with all that this studio offers. The 3 owners also teach at the studio and each have phenomenal skills and offer their own unique style to the classes. Oh yeah they also offer online classes !!

I’ve been searching for yoga studios, but most places focus heavily on intense flow yoga. I’m so glad I discovered this studio — it’s truly a gem! They offer a variety of class levels and unique sessions that cater to different needs. The atmosphere is serene and welcoming, with beautiful wall art, soothing music, and an authentic vibe to where yoga was first started. The instructor taught with heart and passion, making it feeling meaningful. It’s not just about exercise or stretching — they guide you through each asana with intention, clearly explaining when to inhale and exhale. I’m grateful to have found this space!

I'm a long-time (10+ year) practitioner of yoga, and I've been to most of the yoga studios in Austin. I'm so glad studio Satya has opened up their new location! Some of my favorite teachers from the old Yoga Yoga and Eastside Yoga teach here. The studio is beautiful, the environment relaxing and the atmosphere is very welcoming yet also very "keep it real". Perfect as sometimes yoga slips too far into the woo for my taste. I love practicing in person, I feel they have struck the right balance with health and safety, and I can't wait to go back!

I can’t say enough about Satya; visit and you will see all that they offer the community, which is what yoga is truly about. Can’t make a class? They record them and post them on their site! Theirs toddlers, teens, soon-to-be mamas- everybody’s (all ages) practicing here!

Great studio and instructors! Love that there are so many options for Hatha/Yin so you can really get in some of that deep stretching. As a new mom, the mommy/baby class on Saturday mornings with Shirley is a cherry on top :) Space is absolutely beautiful and calming.
