I would not call this space whimsical. The size and heft of the stumps and logs makes it all too, too solid to support whimsy. But...it is a way cool collection of regular shapes (the cylindrical logs and curving walls) that contrast with the crazy, craggy, snaky natural shapes (the uprooted and exposed stumps) displayed about a shady path. Two thumbs up. And "stumpery" is a great word, sounds like a place for impromptu trivia quizzes!
