The food was definitely overhyped and expensive. A lot of the food choices were not available on the menu, but they definitely had the drinks and milkshakes. Food wise I would give it a 6.5/10 only because it tasted rushed, overcooked and bland. The drinks and milkshakes were very beautiful and delicious 10/10 and our waiter Germael I hope that's how you spell It was so amazing! even though it was a very busy day, he made sure we were well taken care of 10/10. He paired us with the amazing Isiah, who even danced with my little girl and made her feel like the star of the night! The whole team joined in—it didn’t feel like a job for them, but more like a family event where everyone was genuinely celebrating with us. They didn’t just serve us, they made us feel like part of their Sugar Factory family, turning the night into a party we’ll never forget. We were in Atlanta Georgia this week for Spring Break and decided to check out The Sugar Factory at the recommendation of my Sister in law. We’d never heard of it before but when I looked at their website I was intrigued. We made our reservation for 11:30 and we were so excited until my Husband got a ticket for using his phone while looking at directions on his cell phone. Anyway that whole ordeal took less than 15 minutes and we were on our way. You all know that you have to pay to park anywhere downtown and luckily there was a lot not too far from the restaurant. We were greeted and seated immediately with no problems at all with our reservation. Our waitress was great and particularly patient with us since we were first time customers. The menu is massive with plenty to choose from. We all ended up placing our order without a hitch. Lauryn ordered the Strawberry Lemonade Smash and it was wild watching it being poured into her glass. We loved that. It was filled with candy’s and tasted like strawberry soda with just the right amount of lemonade. Our food was good especially the Flaming Hot Cheeto Burger that I ordered. The only thing I didn’t like about it is that they cooked it well well done when I asked for medium well. That would have made it even better and at the prices I expected it to be correct. The girls ordered chicken and waffles and Monty had the wing platter. All in all we loved it and we plan on going back for Lauryn’s birthday in September.
