Great place to have a party and afordable! I was able to set up the night before. Lots of space for dining and dance floor. Lindsay, the building manager, was very nice and always responded quickly. The only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because it gets hot in there fast! I had around 100 people at my event, and it was hotter inside than outside. It also leaked when it rains. It thankfully stopped raining before my event started, and i was able to clean up where there was water.

We made it look nice, but coming into it, the floors were dirty and it's a bit run down. I didn't go outside and look at the flowers though, that might've improved my opinion. The event (adult prom) was amazing though! It was roomy enough for about 60 guests and could've fit more. The price was comparable to the quality of the venue ($500 with a $300 refundable deposit). So, it's nice if you are on a budget and can fancy it up with decor.
