They tried to do fast, but not good quality!!’ After I left this review. I had a very disappointing experience with this service. One of my nails fell off in less than a week, and when I reached out for a refund (which was initially offered), the person stopped responding. I even tried compromising by accepting a partial refund, but they completely ignored me. If you can’t issue a refund, don’t say that you can and then ignore the customer. Very unprofessional and not worth the money. I do not recommend this place if you’re looking for quality and reliable service

Came in to get my nails done with my mom and we had a good experience! Tecs were quick and we got beautiful nails. 💅🏽 My tec however made me bleed when she trimmed my cuticle area so my only advice would be to ask the client how they’re feeling or if they’re still doing okay as I was not asked. Other than that like I said, amazing salon keep up the great work 😌

I went to this salon while I was visiting from out of town and would not go back if I was in the area again. I feel like my experience would’ve been better if they had a receptionist like many other salons I’ve been to since the lady doing my nails was distracted by taking calls the entire time. At the end of the service she could tell I wasn’t happy with my nails and lowered the price, but I ended up paying essentially what she was going to charge me anyway because I felt bad not tipping so I payed almost $50 for a gel manicure that is now already chipping less than a week later. Like I said, I’m from out of town so I can’t even go back to have them fix it. I’m grateful she lowered the price, but they really need someone to handle calls and scheduling appointments. I’m pretty sure that her being distracted caused her to put a different number of coats of a sheer polish on each hand so I’ve had people tell me that each side looks like a slightly different color but again I can’t go back so I’ll have to pay someone else to fix their mistakes… super disappointed.

Of the six times I’ve gone here for a powder dip manicure, four times I’ve had a flawless finish that lasted more than three weeks (and I’m a very active person - skiing, living weights, and not shy about opening cans with these nails). One time, the manicure only lasted two weeks. And the last time I left because they didn’t have either of the colors I chose that day. Most of the ladies who work here take their time and do a great job. There was one time when I asked for my nails to be filed differently and the technician argued instead of fixing it, but I’m assuming they were having a bad day, since it was a one off.

I used to come here to get my acrylics done and I loved it. However this time has made it to where I won’t come back again. I walked in at 6:00 (1 hour before close) and asked if they would have time to do my natural nails, the guy said yes and told me I would have to do dip. I said okay. Nancy did the dip white and after her rushing to do them, I asked her to please fix my thumb nail because there was noticeable color missing by the cuticle. At 6:35 she was done, even after the “fix” and she grabbed her purse and walked out. Very unprofessional. It’s also not okay to leave residue on the skin as it can lead to skin sensitivity and infections. I would rather him have said they did not have time than pay $40 for nails I will have to get fixed somewhere else. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND
