Nice place to visit for public swimming. Water is very warm, life guards on duty during public swim. My kids love this place. Annual family pass is a steal deal for in district residents

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The showers offer absolutely no privacy, and there’s no way to adjust the water temperature. The water was scalding hot, making it impossible to use. The entire facility is poorly maintained, with cleanliness clearly not a priority. This is, without a doubt, the worst swimming center I’ve ever encountered.

Very good place for teaching children swimming.

Small swim center with an indoor pool and small outdoor wading pool. Wading pool is 9in deep, has multiple toys. Clean facility. Communal shower for 3 in the female locker room, only blows warm/hot water -- it's a little too hot for my kid. No family changing room and no lockers. Classes for seniors on the bottom level. Staff are friendly and attentive. Update: The review above has been changed from 4 to 2 stars. I started going to this swim center daily in early mornings to improve my swimming fitness. When I was changing into my swimsuit, a lady arrived wearing white tennis shoes. I went to swim and several minutes later I saw her enter the pool in the same tennis shoes she wore into the building. I was disgusted. I exited the pool and still can't bring myself to go there again. I grew up in Europe where a walk-through chlorine foot bath is installed in every swimming facility and people have to walk through it barefoot on the way to the pool. I haven't seen anything like that in the US. I did see swim center staff ask a class of kids to put their feet into a hand-held chlorine bucket as a precaution. In my honest opinion, this should be a requirement of everyone, especially the elderly because they are more prone to having foot and nail problems. Lastly, I strongly encourage THPRD to change their policy to where people should be required to either wear swim shoes or be barefoot. Dirty tennis shoes in the pool is just gross. Someone should watch out for that.

The staff here are great! The pool is small and can feel claustrophobic at times but a plus is that it has a wading pool for babies/toddlers. The instructors are pretty good. Nice place to do laps without much crowding in the water.
