I had called and they sent someone out to my location but they went to the wrong address and had to call back for someone else to come out and they also went to the wrong address. It took about an hour and a half for someone to come out when they first had said 20-25 minutes. Then I was told it would be $29 just come out which a great price but then i asked how much it would be to open the car and they were able to give me a clear answer just saying that they have to do the work first. When the guy arrived he gave me a price of $180 before he even started working so they’re just trying to hustle people it seems like. I was also charged a $50 fee because it was after hours even though it’s their fault they were late. But the man did his job and was able to open the car so can’t complain too much about the service.

Called in to get an estimate on the price to unlock my car door. The woman took my information and said someone will call me back with the price. A man calls back and said it’s a $30 fee for the call and $100 to unlock my car. I told him I would call him back. He said with a nasty attitude that I “can’t just be calling without going through with the process”. Clearly he needs to be mad at his dispatcher for putting the call through to him when I only asked for an estimate!!!
