They just upgraded the park and added a basketbal/volleyball courts, more lighting, more tables and an area to play Cornhole. The drawback is that only one set of table and chairs are covered, the rest are in the middle of a concrete pad with no Tree shade. The Volleyball court is poured concrete. Nobody plays volleyball on concrete. They should have either have a tennis court or a couple of pickleball courts in its place. The biggest drawback is the lack of restrooms. Especially with so many activities around for kids and teens. Waiting for another upgrade.

It's a good park for the neighboring community, with a cute community library and very good maintenance. The grass is cut very nicely and there is plenty of shade under the bigger trees as well as under the ramada. The playground is of note too but not as much during 2020 People outside of the community should be aware that there is no public water fountain or restroom here.

They just remodeled the playground which now has woodchips. Large park which is about 1/2 mile walk around. The only thing is it's not very well lit at night

Surrey Park is a fantastic place for families! The park was spotless, with well-maintained grounds and a clean, inviting atmosphere. The playground equipment was perfect for my 4-year-old—safe, fun, and engaging with plenty of options to keep them entertained. There’s a great mix of activities for kids of all ages, and the layout makes it easy to keep an eye on your little ones. We’ll definitely be coming back for more visits. Highly recommend! My only gripe about it was that there were no public restrooms.
