Sushi Den is absolutely amazing with the friendliest staff and top tier food and drinks. Went there to celebrate my birthday and had the best experience. Drinks and cocktails were very good. Went to Sushi Den for the first time with the family. In my opinion, this is the best non-Michelin starred sushi restaurant I’ve been to. The tuna was excellent; not stringy or grainy. The salmon was also incredible; very buttery. The eel was perfectly cooked; crispy on the outside and soft flake on the inside. The scallop was the second best scallop I’ve ever had. Service was also prompt and well done. Highly, highly recommend visiting!

First time here, came highly recommended from a co-worker who frequents at least 3 times a month. Some of the best sushi I’ve had in a long time. A lot of must try’s on the menu, the one that stood out the most was the white dragon roll. Great atmosphere, was able to quickly get a table even on a Friday evening and the place was packed. Brad is top-notch with his excellent customer service, menu knowledge and recommendations. I will be returning soon!

Delicious place that’s a classic in Denver. Just be aware there are no reservations! Expect to wait in a significant line during weekends. Food is well worth it. Wait staff also had great suggestions. Got the sake flight and several different rolls.
