If in Chicago and you want sushi, visit this place. Last minute decision, place was slammed on a Tuesday night, so make reservations. I got lucky and sat at the bar, but the wait was 1.5 hours at 630. App was good, Tako taco. Followed by Otoro Otoro Nigiri, was tremendous. I have had this at other places and this was one of the best. Also had a yellow tail roll, Mexican roll, lobster roll and spicy tuna, all were fresh and very good. Service was great, also had very good Japanese whiskey, recommendation from the bar tender. I will visit again without a doubt.

The food was incredibly fresh and flavorful, beautifully prepared, and presented with care. Every dish felt like a work of art. What truly stood out, though, was the service. We have our usual sushi spot at home, this would be our go to if we lived in Chicago. Place is lively and energetic. We sat at the sushi bar and watching them prepare everything was a treat. Our waitress gave great recommendations from food to drink. Everything we had was incredibly fresh and delicious. Unagi Don was incredible, D-Luxe Nigiri, Waygu tartar, and Uni, get them all! Enjoy!!
