The format of classes every 10 minutes allows for flexibility with scheduling and the variety of exercises keeps it interesting! Coach Kenneth has been around since I started and is a big part why I have continued going. He always makes the atmosphere fun while giving exercise modifications that fit my abilities. Over the last year and a half I have also enjoyed meeting new coaches (shoutout Coach Matt) who also brings a fun spirit and pushes us to workout at our best.
